Old DOD Red River munitions site if I am not mistaken?

A Spanish company (Ex something or other) was building a warhead disposal plant there about six years ago. The same company had an ammo plant down by Longview. Shotguns shells, I think.

I would imagine it would be the old Lone Star Munitions Depot within Red River. They have been back active here as of late though it has been officially shut down for years.

I live local and work just a few miles from where it is, but so far no information that makes any sense. I have a local contact that may know something I will reach out to see.
