An update on an old story

I hope the officer counter sues for defamation of character. (the lawyer and the family) I as well am not APD's biggest supporter after a few incidents I have had with them, but it looks like the only violation was the responding officer not having his dash cam turned on. But it was a clean shoot as far as I can see.
