If you think this is stupid you can't imagine the reality. I originally came to Houston to work locally for a prestigious American based international agency that routinely inspected, regulated, monitored, approved, certified, classified, and represented such yachts and yacht ownership world wide.

Among them was a yacht 'belonging' and made available to select persons by a certain infamous someone that didn't commit suicide. It docked and sailed routinely out of Galveston full of 'entertainments' for the numerous wealthy Texans [and foreign influentials] regularly guested on board. On occasion it is rumored some of the upper agency management was 'privileged' to be invited along. In less time than it took to 'dress for dinner' the vessel was far enough off shore to be exempt from US laws since it was flagged elsewhere.

I got 'laid off' several years ago for my phobia's; and the "economy".
