$30 dollars a box isnt a bad price to me. I would be willing to pay it, if its brass even better.
Not me, especially with patients you can find remington brass for $18-$22 per box. ill just keep shooting my 22 until i can find regular priced stufff locally.

We are paying those prices because people have freaked out and bought every bit of ammo they can in a panic. If everyone would have just bought ammo like they had been pre obama then we wouldnt have this problem, but being the country of panic we are people freaked out and bought all the ammo off the shelves. Not to use it but to stock pile it. The manufacturers just cant keep up with the paniced people who are stock piling. Everyone has their own excusses why ammo is so hard to find and their own people they like to blame, but in my opinion I think that we can only blame our selves.

I believe the makers of ammo and components have not increased production because when the shortage ends they don't want a huge inventory. When the buying public stops panicking prices will drop.

I wish people would stop panicking already so I could actually buy some ammo. I don't have much ammo left maybe 100 rounds of 9mm, .40, .45 and about 200 rounds of 7.62x39. Can't really do much more target shooting until I find more ammo.
