    • Ban sale of firearms and ammunition
    • Ban sale of any alcohol
    • Closing of all bars, taverns, liquor stores, etc
    • Ban sale or giving away of gasoline or other liquid flammable or combustible products in any container other than a gasoline tank permanently fixed to a motor vehicle
    • Direct the shutoff of power, water, gas, etc
    • Take possession of private property and obtain full title to same
    • Prohibit or restrict ingress and egress to and from the City

    I'm trying to fact check the OPs link.

    It seems to only exist as repetitions of an inflammatory Facebook post.

    I think it fails the whiff test.

    Not too hard to fact check on the city’s own website.

    They are declaring the pre-extant ability to do it.

    In a state of emergency the government can restrict all sorts of thing.

    Nothing new there.

    I'm uncertain what is more damaging to the psyche of our troubled nation:
    Exaggerated alarmist conservative news or Exaggerated alarmist liberal news.

    I think it's a tie.
