    I think though, that this is a great example that you might need to shoot a guy several times. . . even with the mythic .45.

    And keep shooting till he stops.

    I don't like the idea of having to fight with a guy for my gun.

    True. Of course it doesn't say if the home owner ever hit the burglar, when he shot him before the burglar got in the car. Maybe that's why the home owner got so close to the the scum bag, so he wouldn't miss. who know's, at least this guy is off the streets.
