Sounds like the only gun law needed here is one that allows us to dispatch illegal aliens coming over the border.

We've needed one of those for quite some time. I thought it was covered in the purple fence post laws though.

LOL, all this is going to do is open the door to strong arm ATF tactics against gun buyers. There is no way to combat this, they have millions upon millions of dollars and will get guns no matter who sells them.

Legalize drugs and domestic production and you'll cut the cartel's balls off. Just the same as prohibition empowered the American gangster, so has drugs today.

Besides, why should American citizens give up freedom for problems in South America and Mexico? How about Mexico and the Mexican people solve their own problems by securing their border and getting some moral, upstanding people in their ranks. God forbid they actually be forced to fix their own problems.

You have to keep it in perspective though. It's an editorial. Funny the writer's name isn't included. :crazy-1:

I agree, even though I don't smoke the stuff myself I see no harm in legalizing marijuana in the united states and have it be under the same constraints as alcohol. That would totally screw the Cartels.

The problem is not gun control, it is unsecured borders.
