Reminds me of the recent drama surrounding the annual concert at Sam Houston Race Park. The neighboring communities complained about the noise. The concert is one weekend out of the year, and it's over by midnight! And SHRP was there before these neighborhoods!

The hall had more say on the ordinance and enforcement than the residentals.
