any homes by owner for rent in SA (NWSA)?

Hello looking to see if anyine has or knows someones with a nice 3/4 bedroom house with a 1/2 car garage in the NWSA mainly. Looking for a "landlord" type deal no 3rd party preferably. Need to be able to move in by January 15.

I know this may be in the wrong spot but still new to site.

Not northwest side but there were a few in my neighborhood off Walzem @ Eisenhauer.
