Since half the people I have seen shoot cant hit 500 yards on a good day, why stop at 2000? Everything is going to end up in the dirt in front of the target anyway....

While I sure I'd have a hard time at 2K Yards, I'd still like to give it a go. My 50 BMG rifle never gets any use since there are very few places that will even allow such a large cartridge.

Metzger, please let us know where this would happen, I am very interested if it's not terribly far away.
