Once a week I drop off the incorrectly delivered mail at the post office drop box. Each item is marked "delivered to wrong address" in large lettering.

If it showed delivered two days ago, it may not have made it to you yet....USPS is notorious for showing "delivered" when, in fact, it's not actually delivered for 1-4 days later. What does the seller say? And a tracking number to your zipcode proves nothing on the seller's end - it needs to show that it was delivered to YOUR address.

Just to veryfiy what Redneck said (although it looks like this wasn't the issue with the OP's apparently non-existent package) - USPS carriers to have a habit of marking things "delivered" days in advance of actually delivering. I had this happen with a purchase from my Etsy store that I mailed to a customer in Washington state. His tracking number showed "delivered" and even had a delivery location ("in bushes by porch"), but the package wasn't there or anywhere else at his house. I went around and around with USPS customer service, with my local post office (who had no information since all they did was put it on a truck) and with the customer's local post office. Two days into the process, the customer messages me that the package was sitting by his porch near the bushes when he got home from work that day. A full three days after the delivery verification.

We have informed delivery, you can see pictures of your mail that is supposed to be delivered that day. Wife's birthday, see a birthday card from her aunt in the pictures. Didn't get it, don't suppose someone took it thinking there is something valuable in it?
