Anybody got an XP disc??

Computer crapped out, just in time for my trip. Gave me BSOD, now every time I boot, BSOD. Monitor won't work in safe mode, says something like display format not supported... Tried a spare monitor, same deal.Pretty sure I'm going tob have to do a repair install. I know XP is old, but so is the computer, and I like XP...I'll be driving up 35 tomorrow, straight through the state, and coming back the same way next weekend, so if anybody along that route can hook me up, I'd appreciate it.

Win7 is a better platform. If you wind up having to upgrade, you'll find it to be pretty stable.

Just download a non-hacked XP torrent and use your key.

Download boot disc from here:

UBCD for Windows

Comes with some pretty good disc utilities, etc....I used it to recover a HD from near death. Can't reinstall from it, but sometimes something is better than nothing....
