Anybody here do home AC work or recommend a trusted AC guy?

Any members here do HVAC or anyone have a recommendation for a home AC guy that will make it here towards Hondo? Nothing major, just need to have one of my units charged and maybe give them both a once over/check up/tune up. Let me know and thanks!

They live near us just south of Helotes. Not sure if they go out as far as Hondo, but it's worth asking. Most of the folks in our neighborhood swear by them!

There are plenty of folks out here Charlie, just hoping to find someone I could get a personal recommendation on. I have reached out to a couple of my local contacts as well so hopefully I will located someone that can take care of it!

Not sure if they will go to Hondo, but Burkholder in Helotes has always serviced our AC units out here at Medina Lake and we've been very pleased.

We had one system replaced by Quarter Moon about 4-5 years ago but went with Shafer for our other system earlier this year. Their prices are in line with Tiger, Kendall County Air, etc but their service & responsiveness was really impressive. Shafer is about the best contractor I have worked with in SA for anything.
