Before the last update, when I blocked spam I could block the domain, stopped that shit. Cant do that now for some reason.

I received a shorter version awhile back saying they had turned on my camera and had videos of me wanking. They would release them shortly if I didn't pay. I just yelled to the wife I needed the credit card and explained why. She said they can just release the video if I was doing that.

I get over 100 SPAM e-mails a day - IRS, lottery winner, hot babes, ED fixes, rewards, etc.
I strongly suspect that my information was gleaned from all the gun giveaways I used to enter; they're buying the lists.

You can ignore all those 'you are infected' e-mails. Run a full malware scan on your device; while they don't catch sophisticated attacks, they catch nearly all malware generated by script kiddies.
