It's fairly easy to make and tastes very good.

To make 3 cups I use: 1 egg, 3 cups boiled jasmine rice, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped green or red pepper, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 3 tbsp oriental wok rice seasoning

    Here's my latest batch.

I make it every week or so. No particular recipe, but the last round was a cup of rice (Made 2 cups cooked), 4 chicken thighs diced, mixed frozen vegetables (peas, corn, carrots), diced fresh onion. Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper. Olive oil. It's all we two can eat, but we do eat it all.

Half-Chinese wife, it's a staple at our house. She says I add ingredients in the wrong order.

Go to the Chinese market and pick up some Oyster sauce, that's the secret ingredient.

But...but...but...we are supposed to be cutting down on white carbs. You know...the fun stuff...sugar, wheat flour, white rice, potatoes...DANG !!!
I can seriously eat some fried rice...not too bad with brown rice(only slightly healthier), also. YUM!!!

A coworker from Cambodia told me fish oil was the special ingredient.
    Maybe they both work :)

To prevent your fried rice from being too mushy, cook your rice the day before and refrigerate overnight. Yeah, half-Chinese soon-to-be-wife here too. LOL
