Feel like crap when they DON'T work out?

Tried to take a day off and felt like shit until I spent an hour on the weights and the bowflex. Felt fine after that.

I don't need to work out at a gym

I get enough at work, where we push our luck, run each other down, stretch the truth and jump to conclusions

Skip working out for a week... you'll feel it. A day or two won't matter, don't let in linger on over a week and you're good.

I've gone without for a few days before and felt like I was doing something wrong. I wouldn't say I felt like crap, just that something was missing.

As long as I do at least 30 minutes of cardio I am ok. It is when I just say to hell with it, I am taking a day off that I just drag ass. I don't feel physically sick or anything, just like I have an iron cannonball chained to me and I just can't seem to get motivated. Oh well, since I know how to make it go away, I won't bitch, lol. Just wanted to know if anyone else got the same symptoms.

I feel like dogpoop if I've been off the wagon too long. Kinda like a sluggy disgusting slob. But these days being on a workout program, my rest day is well needed, usually my body is too tired so the rest is actually good and wanted. Next day though I'm craving the workout and all systems go.

Hoji you doing a particular program?

Lots of walking, ab crunches, push-ups and on alternating days weights and bowflex.

Also 20+ minutes a day working out with a 6' staff to heavy dub step on the iPod.

No set number, just go for 60-90 minutes a day until I can't do any more.
