The Law 12 is semi-auto and is nearly identical to the Benneli Super 90.My

The price was right I'll have under $410 in it and the cheapest one I've seen on any of the gun auction/trade sites was $500. Some were selling higher than that($600 range).

Thanks for the link. That's about the only thing google has found for me. It appears that production was discontinued after the 1994 AWB banned them from importation.

I had one for about a year. I liked it, but sold it for two reasons:

It would not reliably cycle the Federal Tactical 00 Buckshot, and I could not find a rubber buttpad to fit the back (the slip on pad was terrible).

Other than that, I never had a problem and it was a smooth operating shotgun.
