Of course. The West is going to do all they can to get whats left of Ukraine in it's pocket and under it's wing. As it stands right now, if Putin rolled into the Ukraine and took the rest of it, I don't see anyone doing anything militarily. It wouldn't be pretty, but it would be war either.
