Midway has no hazemat fee for $150 or more orders on CCI primers. They have 400 SR primers in stock.

Cabelas in buda had a load of cci 400's at $31ish a box of 1000 on Sunday

I order from Precision Reloading. Their Haz Mat fee is $15. They have worked with me on many occasions by holding my order then shipping when my back order comes in. I don't shop by price. I buy from the folks who have the goods in stock!
