One of the biggest problems we've had with the past events has been people not knowing what's going or expecting some magical non-selected person to get the word around. This will be a schedule of the events. This schedule is absolutely fluid until March 28th. Then, it will be locked in so people will have that entire week to come on here and try to memorize it or write it down. I will also try to have this printed and posted at all shooting areas. It will then be up to the attendees to keep track of the time if they have an event they want to make.
2 April 2016 Hicksville Plan of Events
7 - 11 am : Arrivals/meet and greet/shoot a few guns
11 am - Noon : .22 Pistol Competition (Steel Pistol Range)
Noon - Noon 45 : Lunch
Noon 45 - 1:15 : Raffle/Group Photo (Name tag required to obtain raffle ticket)
1:15 - 1:30 : Group Shoot
1:30 - 3:00 : .22 Rifle Competition (Old Tac-Lane area)
-I think it'd be best to space the .22 competitions apart so that people who want to partake in both are able to make it.
-We may need some extra tables for lunch, and a few extra tables for the rifle competition. Everyone is responsible for bringing their own chairs.
