Finally got my ar pistol completely built. Hoping to get to the range with it today. I will post a report after some range time.

I've enjoyed mine far more than I thought I would. With a cane tip on the back it's quite functional.

I went with 10.5 inch pencil barrel from Faxon, standard handguards (MAGPUL MOE SL) no backup irons, and a Truglo 20mm red dot and a MAGPUL MOE K grip which has a more vertical angle which makes it a lot more comfy to shoot.

Weight with a full 30 round magazine is 5lbs 14 oz.

Finished my first AR pistol last month from a pile of left over parts and a barrel I picked up at the SA gun show. It's in .300 BLK and fun to shoot. Trying to decide on what sort of red dot to toss on it.

Finally got time to shoot my AR pistol as well as my marlin 30-30 and my ruger six shot single action .22lr. They all performed flawlessly. It was a fun trip
