Got 2 cases of fiocchi 9mm and dumped it into an ammo can do to limited space.

Realized later they had white residue around the primers.

Did I get screwed, or dies fiocchi seal their primers? I can't find any useful info online.

It’s hard to tell by the photo. But my first thought is that it looks like oxidation, i.e., corrosion.

I’ve never seen primer seal look like that before, there’s always a first time. Most primer seal is red. I have seen black, blue, and green as well.

The Ammo will probably fire without issue. But popping the primers out for reloading will probably cause havoc.

I am going with a sealer just because it is so even on every single case.

It does look like oxidation but I have never seen it so evenly distributed.

You could always clean a few with a toothpick (or similar) and see if it comes back. Or shoot them.

I haven't seen that on my Fiocchi ammo either, but as clean and shiny as the brass is, it seems like it's not corrosion. Meh - shoot it.

I shoot a lot of Fiocchi ammo and have never seen that. It does look uniform. Blast away, I doubt you'll have any problems.
