I've been playing a lot of Arma II lately, it's cheap on Steam. If you buy it, make sure you get the Operation Arrowhead expansion - it fixes some of the issues with Arma II, not least of which is the FLIR finally works right.

Arma III is supposed to come out this year. I'll probably need a huge video card upgrade for that.

Anybody else?

oh yeah. have 407 hours of play time on this. I have arma2, oa, baf, pmc, and acr. get the ace mod if you want to add more realism. one of the best games out there. i have probably added about 30 gigs worth of mods. love the stuff people come out with. i will be getting a whole new laptop just for arma 3.

I'm getting decent on the A10. Not bad in an attack helicopter, either. Most of what my friends and I do is coop, because slaughtering bots is fun.

yes, yes it is. the benny edition mod is great for coop. planes are the toughest things to control imo. the helicopters are some of the most fun.

Chopper guy here. I've slid an AH6 into some crazy spots and even come out ahead in a dogfight with an L-39ZA a time or two.

I need to play with an AH-6 at some point. So far my favorite's the Apache.

The little birds are my go-to. lot of fun having 2 fly over head for cas while you have 2 drop off a team of sf for a raid. if you fly the little bird, there is a mod that gives you a hud so you can actually aim at things.
