Perspective Shift - If you get wrapped tight because you
disagree with someone-experiment with "perspective shifting"
before engaging someone. It's an art practiced by great
warriors and Buddhist monks. Take a moment to see the
discussion or situation through their eyes. I've been trying
it recently and it's an amazing technique...It keeps my
blood pressure down...I hope to become better at it.
