We are beginning the 1200-mile trek back toward the convection oven; but likely will still be in Madison, MS on Friday, beginning the final leg of the journey.Sooo.....am I going to be alone for lunch this week or is anybody planning to come.
If you're planning to come, pick the place and I'll join you along with whoever else wants in.
If nobody posts up, we'll wind up skipping this week.
Great place, you cannot BEAT their meat!We will stick for Friday the 6th of July, with the Fogueira Gauche (2000 S IH35 Suite D1 - Hesters Crossing - Next to Flicks Brewhouse) for a Brazilian Steakhouse lunch.
Yes, we know it is much pricier than the usual lunch places we go. Lunch is for $ 29.90, but like a buffet you get as much meat as your belly can handle.
I had been there 3 days after their opening for dinner with my wife and we liked it. I think Fogo de Chao Downtown Austin is still better in particular the appetizer buffet, but also a little more expensive and parking is a bitch. The meat was really tasty and the service was good too.
I will be there with my misses.

Can I pick a place in NE Wisconsin? ;-)
What do we think about Plucker's...either Lakeline(easier for me) or Burnet(more central for others)?Okay folks. I am calling it a skip week.
Coach - why don't you pick a spot for next week.
Posting this after 2300 Thursday. Is it fair to say Lakeline Pluckers is the place?Pluckers it is! If anybody out there will make it depending on which location, post up and we'll choose that location. If nobody posts by Thurs 8pm, it'll be Lakeline.
I will try to tear away from my fans and make it there!K folks. We decided on good ole Rudy's at last week's lunch.
Hope to have a good crowd. I'll be there with some of the family.
I'll eat some for you Markus!Darn, will still miss some good BBQ. I should make it Friday next week.
