To field strip the pistol, I have to remove the mag, half cock or full cock the hammer, and pull out the slide release before I can remove the slide.
I have been questioned on that picture before.

Yea but you should alway keep that pointed downrange. You wouldnt want someone seeing you do that and start thinking its ok. They might actually have a loaded gun aiming that direction.
Keep the hole pointed downrange all the time unless its holstered.

Earlier in the thread some people got heated about comments made about how some folks were behaving, names were called and people acted like children so they had to be handled accordingly. Fast forward to today, some of those same people who were banned and apparently don't have anything better to do with their time came back and posted some extremely inappropriate stuff because they are childish and were banninated. Kids these days....


Anywho I'm not sure when the next meetup is planned but Texas1911 and Sig_fiend are good about having them pretty regularly. If you keep a sharp eye on the hometown threads they'll pop up. There are also people usually looking for people to hangout at competitions and gun shows.
