Texas Tactical will be putting on an IDPA Match
this Saturday September 26th at the Austin Rifle Club
Range in Austin. Bring a friend or two and introduce
them to all the fun! Everyone is welcome!

If anyone would like to help with setup it
would be greatly appreciated. We will start
setting up at 8am.

I'm nursing a broken femur back to health, but I am really excited and interested in joining the fun of IDPA matches once I am able to walk again! I came across TexasTactical by word of mouth and a simple search for matches in the Austin area. Seems that y'all have a cool group of people with structured, friendly events scheduled regularly. I guess I can practice some technique and keep educating myself while I truck thru this physical therapy and try to lose these crutches. Hope to see you at a match soon though!

You'll like shooting with the Texas Tactical group. It's a great group of people, everyone is really friendly, the owner Mike is also a great guy. I know a lot of people get a bit apprehensive about attending their first match, shooting with a new group, etc. but TT is by far one of the friendliest groups I've had the pleasure to shoot with.

Good group - they shoot at ARC on a regular schedule. I'm a USPSA guy, but I'll shoot an IDP match now and then to keep my skills up, especially if I want to shoot elsewhere on ARC (I'm a member) afterwards.
