AW YISS -- and DANGIT at the same time

I know it's not a huge deal, but AW YISS I scored 242/250 on my shooting test today.

Now I have to wait 2-3 months for my card, DANGIT.

Side story: my dad and I seemed to be the only ones out of 12 people that had ever held a gun in their lives. I was scared the lady next to me was gonna lose the handle on her glock when racking the slide. I'm alive, though...thank Jesus.

They're really behind at DPS - they got my documents in the end of October and I just got the license on Friday. I checked it about every day and when the status finally changed to 'mailed' it still took about 10 days. Apparently 'mailed' means it is in the department that actually puts it in the mail... Anyway, it took almost 90 days.
