Hmm...that sounds interesting.

We do BLT's at least once a month. Wife and I both love them. I like adding some onion for a little bit of kick to it.

Wife ordered a BLT at the little restaurant we like to eat at a few months ago. Sandwich came out on a plate and that sandwich was stacked with bacon! Loads of bacon. Sandwich was about 4 inches tall.

Mark, it's a wonderful place to eat. Everything we have eater there is top-notch good. The fried catfish is some of the freshest and best tasting I have ever had in my life.

Now you make me want to have a BLT at the City Café. I have to take bacon out of BLT to fit in my mouth. Stacked high.
