are you worried about your air quality or possible combustion?
That's a awfully small space to be doing that in. Its not the AC blowing that matters its how fast the air is being exchanged.

Five feet from the exterior door, seven feet from the facing wall.

does that help? I’m unsure of what you mean by air exchange.

there is a fan blowing at the door from the closed side of the room.

    You should be fine.
20 min at 400 degrees won't cause too many harmful fumes or smoke.
Get an extension cord and do it just outside the door if you are worried.
