 ...but that one doesn't look like self defense like the others. What was that guy doing other than verbally taunting him?
Warning graphic language, admins please remove if this is out of line. This guy is just too funny, I love it! He's made quite a name in the Berkeley protests.

Seems the guy who got punched had previously assaulted him multiple times by spraying him with pepper spray and was closing ground while he was giving ground. How much ground can you give, still be in your assembly area and not committing a crime by protesting outside your area of assembly? How may times do you tolerate being assaulted before you can respond with lawful force?

Looks like the punch was good and landed solidly. I think the skateboard homo missed or just grazed him. I'm really proud of our side for finally pushing back. There is great video of the recent Berkeley skirmish of our guys kicking the shit out of these scumbags.

Given the history of these individuals propensity for violence, couple that with it was 5 to 1 and they were already starting to act aggressively hostile?
What would a person reasonably see as to what is coming or what they intend to do?

Turn your back on them in an effort to leave and end the situation? They'll come at you soon as you turn your back to them, they've already proven that.

Stickman was already backing up and they kept advancing, at some point an individual has the right to put a stop to such things for the purpose of self-defense despite what the law supposedly says.

There's 3 ways to deal with people

    1. reason

    2. separation

    3. force.

There is only one way to deal with these people, force. They do not respond to anything else.

Their behavior is such because they know for the most part they can hide behind the law given the restriction on the use of force, and escalate things to the point where an individual has no other real choice but to use force.
