You guys make fun of the pellet smokers but the reality is the pellet poopers are game changers. They make it easy.

Stick burners are the golden standard. Can’t beat them for flavor when done right. But They are a lot of work to manage the fire.

Yep, it's a dying art, and a lot of work, and I'm getting too old and sickly to manage it.
