Notwithstanding all the great BBQ places to be found in our Great State, I still enjoy Bill Miller's every now and then.

The Brisket, Fried Chicken, Smoked Turkey, and Sausage are mighty fine.

Plus, I don't have to drive hours for a good meal.

After our last couple of stays at the Courtyard across the street from Bill Miller's commissary, I think I'll pass. 24 hour smoke coming out of it, which will permeate your clothes if you stay outside too long in the parking lot.

If you're asking about Pit Room... very good. Juicy, a not-overly-heavy black pepper rub, nice smoke ring, not overly smokey (just right IMO).

I passed by at noon-30'ish one day last week and it was overflowing. The three times I've been, I got there right at opening (11am) and had no wait at all. Seemed to be pretty un-crowded until 11:30.
