How is a Beretta really worth a thousand more than a Yildiz? Or a Remington? Or a Mossberg?
There is perceived higher level of quality. Except Benelli autoloaders run better than Berettas. And the Beretta over/unders aren't what they used to be. Benelli puts AA-grade or better wood furniture on their $1500 shotguns. Why does Beretta put FAKE WOOD GRAIN furniture on their $3000+ shotguns?

Beretta puts real walnut wood on their $1000 shotguns, let alone their Silver Pigeons or better. The only lower quality I've seen is they ran their Xtra wood on some models for cost savings. I've seen A391 with real wood.

Benelli is a great manufacturer, but to say Beretta is garbage is like owning a Ferrari and saying Lamborghini is shit.

Why are you so obsessed with wood?

A400?

Yep, with the Kick Off, your right it's awesome. IMO the A400 wood is sexy enough.

Not a whole lot of companies use decent wood stocks anymore. More of a product of the times. Look at furniture these days. Almost everything is veneered till you get to a certain price point, and it's pretty high.
