Rode a bit this morning. Been feeling pretty good again. Today I forgot sunscreen and got a little toasty (but not too bad). Oops.

The mid-ride spike in heartr-rate was a short section where they "race". Lot o' fun!

Thin air is a beast. Would love to come back and check out more of Cheyenne.

Once again, another city with far superior bicycling infrastructure than Austin. Seems like everyplace I ride outside of the austin area has a better set up for cyclists.

Next ride should be in Colorado. I hope to cross 4,000 miles this week.

Finally getting more acclimated to the altitude. I am in Colorado. My goal to hit 4,000 here may not happen but I will give it a go. I will be back up here for two full weeks in September and again in October. The extra RBCs I produce might actually let me at least keep @cycleguy2300 in my line of sight while riding ( providing he is wearing clothes, in which case I will either stay ahead of him or let him get at least a mile ahead of me)

Holy shit. How fast were the other riders going to lap you?
We were all together, until I got popped then I peeled off the track. They probably had some faster spots but that's about how fast the race goes pretty much the full hour.
