Can guarantee you'll be swapping that seat out, though.
Small seats are comfortable for small people. Big seats are comfortable for everyone.

I look at that KTM seat and, while it seems to be attached to a fine bike, I can't help but think that everything from my belly button to my knees would be asleep after 30 minutes. I've never had a bike that I didn't wind up swapping to a big "tractor" seat or selling it before I got around to it.

I hear ya there! I bought a '17 Road King back in Mid-March, and I'm so close to getting the seat I want. They are expensive but worth every penny to upgrade.

I am a big guy and was leery of the seat.

KTM calls it their "ergo" seat and it definitely works.
Well placed foam, gel and a great breathable fabric.
THE complaint is the heat coming off the engine.

From German to Austrian, huh? :clown:

I really missed a wet clutch. It's a must for any type of non-paved travel.

Had a Strom ... engine had too much buzz and the seated position was very hard on my back after about 300 miles ... even with an RDL seat.

People want stupid money for a Tenere. I got into the KTM for less money ... a LOT less money.

And when I was a kid, Penton was the baddest beast on the trail. Always wanted one.

    Well, it is summer.
Just wait until it gets cold, problem solved...
