Typical of rich folk. I also bet the recipients usually have little or no clue as to where the donations come from unless it's at some gala dinner.

Also the gates wanna spend all their money before they die.

Evil Bill Gates or just some nerd still basement dwelling with no life experience or a little of both? He was an Epstein groupie.

    Occupied Texas
There's the elite and those that aren't. They will see that it remains that way.
As a friend of mine says, "The Crust takes care of The Crust. Always."

Why isn't Hillary in prison? Why don't we see the list of Epstein's customer? (Or Ghislane's list, for that matter.) Why has everybody with internet access seen Hunter Biden's videos, but the FBI can't seem to access them? How did Bill Gates manage to invest so heavily in pharmaceutical stock just before a pandemic? Why does Fauci not have to explain what profits he or his buddies made from forcing people to get vaccinations? Georg Soros is a wanted man in several countries (for destroying their economies by manipulating their currency) and yet he's free to support communism and socialist politicians all over the world. He gave Obama tons of money to help him get elected and was rewarded with billions of dollars in stocks. Why isn't that investigated?

The Crust takes care of The Crust.

    Always.

    Kind of SOP.
Most smart business people I know bet on the sure thing, or both sides in order to call in favors of the winners.

I think the smarter ones, just stay out of politics entirely. At least not make their politics visible to the public.

I sure hope our boy Cornyn becomes the next EX-senator from Texas and we elect someone with a bit less swamp water on the pant legs (up to his pockets).

The recipients know who bought them and know they expect a return on their investment.

Gates doesn't run a charity, he runs a business, and expects a large return on his donations.

That's what I said, those larger thousands of dollars a plate dinners, they know exactly who bought them.

Only the computer and FEC knows who give most donations especially thru pac's

The rich folk, well they expect quid pro quo.

I kind of think Simon and Garfunkel got it right in Mrs Robinson.

The funding is not support it is to allow more ads and attempt to draw attention to candidate and votes from the opposing parties candidate they fear may win.

People watch the poles like watching a ball game then vote for the polls leader and MSM know this.

Electing the lessor of evils may not be ideal but it's far from a loss. We don't get a do over and everyone won't get a trophy.
