While I certainly do not agree with a bill / law for every circumstance, this case has been completely bamboozled from the get go.

A military jury last month sentenced Maj. Nidal Hasan to death for the attack at the Central Texas post that left 13 people dead and 30 hurt. Victims and relatives have complained that the U.S. government wrongly categorized the attacks as workplace violence.
Well no shit, a guy named Hasan in the US Military stood there on an American soil base and killed 14 while xx witnessed it.

    Work place violence my ass.

He also has said repeatedly that he was doing it for Islam, he has direct ties with Al Quaida (sp?), and I believe he even tried to renounce his citizenship at one point.
