Sorry if it's been discussed, but in this news article I noticed a bill has been filed to "toughen penalties for selling semi-automatic weapons." WTF?!?

AUSTIN — Lawmakers filed a flurry of bills this week — from a measure that would allow Texans to openly carry handguns to one that that would toughen penalties for selling semi-automatic weapons — in a bid to get their issues in front of colleagues before Friday's deadline for filing legislation.

Anyone got any info on it?

    Cheers! M2

OK, the article didn't stipulate it was for individuals under 21 years of age; sorry 'bout that, had me worried for a moment...

As usual that reporter doesn't know what he is talking about. It's another anti-gun bill from Socialist Burnam. Will fail.
