Bitdefender ? / Don't bother

Last wekk or so I posted a thread about Bitdefender and if it was worth it to try. I did some searching and even though there were some negatives I went ahead and gave it a shot.

Shouldn't have done that.

Paid for and have been waiting for a week to get any reasons why it fails to even downlaod. Haven't even gotten that far lol.

What a joke.

Save yourself the hassle and skip this one.

Cancel the charge with your CC company and move on.

I had a hard time finding the email with the link to download too (I got it last month). Check your promo and spam folders.

Not sure why it isn't working for you. Did you get in contact with their tech support for their downloads? I use it on the remaining Windows machines that I have and over the years, have never had a problem downloading. In fact, I've recently put it on my Surface book that. Don't blame the product before making sure it isn't something else.
