    38 colt was a bad round.. there's more history around the 38 round than half of any other.. bottom line.. any "BUT" the 38 spl. are hard to get and not very effective rounds.. quick aside on this.. not to many 38 colts.. but a LOT of 38 S&W's out there.. this is the round we shipped to England before (and after) we got in the war.. a lot of the Victory model Smiths that are on the market are in this caliber.. you can get this bullet in reloads and in large stores.. think Cabella's has them.. but again not a good round, and no reason to mess with it when the 38 spl is available .. much more powerful, and cheaper..
