Braces/Stabilizers

Don’t bust my chops. I’ve done a search and can’t locate the actual “law” currently in place.
I was asked to provide sources and I was unable to locate.
Please provide a link to the current ruling on stabilizers and/or braces.

Injunction is in place against the ruling that made braces illegal, and it may go to the Supreme Court. As far as I can find out. For now, that means they're not exactly allowed to be banned, but they could wind up banned for real.
