BUG OK in Texas?

I left Portland on my motorcycle and rode around the country before figuring out where I would end up. I wasn't happy there and riding around the country had always been a dream of mine. It's illegal to carry guns on a bike in Oregon and figured the hassle wouldn't be worth the trouble, plus I had my bike loaded down pretty well as it was.

Makes sense to me. Motorcycles tend to have minimal carrying space.

Not really. It's just a back rest with lots of luggage strapped to it.
