Pretty much....I started with a ladder rack off an old cable TV pick up truck. Cut the legs off and added a bunch of expanded metal. Welded some stubby legs and a few pieces of angle here and there....some rust-o-leum and voila!

the rear bumper is off a ford.....but welders can fix anything.

More than a few and they are dirt cheap right know, not a lot of 3/4 tons though but it wouldn't take much to swap the suspension and axles.

Or i figure my daily would work too lol.

Also have a buddy with a 5ton military 6x6 with a multifuel in it right down the road

Those things are EMP proof, silent and easy to repair. I hear the storage space sucks though.
