    The biggest thing that bothers me in the first article is that they can now pass laws regarding almost anything g and so it is no longer legal for John smith to own a gun and confiscate it.

    Prescription for chantix, better take his guns.

    3 speeding tickets, hand them over.

    Letter to reps explaining his frustration with the growing absurdity of the gun laws......yup, hand them over.

    Right, and then, John Q Criminal can use a gun he didn't register to rob John Smith, get caught, and go through the revolving door in prison and rinse, lather, repeat.
