    That's exactly how I read it too. Farmers in other states will have to comply to keep from losing their Cali customers, which is a significant portion of their business.

    Pretty sure they'll just export to China which is the largest consumer of pork in the world by quite a margin. Losing California is a drop in the bucket compared to the Chinese pork market.\
