Can anyone in the Houston area help me a AR15 upper receiver swap ?

Can anyone in the Houston area help me? I have a AR15 upper receiver swap. I want to swap my Bushmaster 20" with a A2 upper receiver and I just bought a Spikes M4 style with a flat top. I dont have the tools to swap them. I am willing to pay some $$$

You shouldn't need tools to swap uppers. Just pull the pins out. If your wanting to sell the 20" let me know

He plans on switching the upper receiver. Changing from a handled one to a flat top. Bit more involved than just an upper but not a bunch.
