Why does everyone forget federal law when this question is asked??????
Because no one feels it's important?
Because no one feels that is would be enforced?
Because no one feels that a fed LEO would be the person witnessing the potential crime?
Because no one feels they need to abide by it?
The OP needs to know about it though to fully answer his question, he can then make a decision to ignore it or not.
