Can my pistol/rifles magazines be left loaded for an extended period of time?

After your next match/shooting event and enjoying adult beverages what's your answer to the subject question? So for other opinions I have made this video playlist to discuss the topic.

What say you? I leave mine loaded. Especially after two Glock factory armorers told me it was OK with their mags.

For my 2 different carry pistols, I have 4 magazines each that I keep 2 for each loaded, and 2 unloaded, then once a month I empty the 2 filled ones and fill up the 2 empty ones. Repeat monthly.

Not where you are
Guns in my safe are unloaded.
My carry pistol and the 4 mags for it are all always topped off and the pistol is plus 1.

I have had mags loaded for years and not had a problem, but I do check from time to time the feed lips. My 30 round AR mags are never filled to full capacity, they are all loaded to 20 rounds. Why? Because that is how many rounds come in a box. Makes it easier to count. My pistol mags don't stay loaded that long, because I shoot them more, some might go a month without being used.
