There are prefab houses of many sizes and design available on Amazon, especially tiny houses. I'm fairly sure they can be found on ebay also.

One other thing - our building has insulation inside the steel outer walls. When combined with the sheetrock interior walls it’s very well insulated. In the summer it’s typically about $40 per month for just under 1800 square feet of air conditioned space. I thought we’d have to lay insulation above the suspended ceiling tiles but it wasn’t necessary.

Yes - the same as the walls, 3 inch. This is a picture of the inside back corner. Three of the walls are stick construction which made the interior walls much easier. This corner will be the backstop location for an indoor range if I ever get the backstop and exhaust fan sorted out.

Also, if possible find a contractor who has his own reliable concrete guy. It’s much easier to do a turn key project and then it’s not on you if the concrete guy makes a mistake. I was fortunate in that I already knew the guys that did our two buildings before I hired them. For the furnished building he even had his own plumber to rough in the drains, which was the only part of the plumbing I wasn’t comfortable with.
